If you are not active on another call, answer the call using your handset, headset or speakerphone.

If you are active on call already, place the active call on hold, and then answer the incoming call. Note that the current call will be placed on hold automatically by pressing the call appearance for the incoming call. If the call appearance for the incoming call is not displayed on the current display screen page, use the left right arrow keys to cycle through the display screen pages. When you locate the call appearance for the incoming call, press the call appearance button to answer.
