Microsoft Outlook Voice Access
You already know how to access Microsoft Exchange Server Unified Messaging through Outlook Email, the Outlook Calendar, and the Outlook Web Client, and now you have Outlook Voice Access. This is a great tool for when you might be stuck in traffic, waiting at the airport or just don’t have access to a computer or Wi-Fi. You can then interact with your mailbox by using touchtone or voice commands. This tutorial will focus primarily on the Voice Access menu options, and how to navigate through the menu system. Outlook Voice Access lets users retrieve, listen to, reply to, create, and forward voice or e-mail messages, as well as listen to or change calendar information.
