Avaya IP Office 9621, 9641

The Avaya Deskphones are powerful communication solutions which deliver a consistent experience for the end user across a variety of devices and interfaces.

This training program covers both the 9621 and 9641 Desk phones. There are a few minor differences between the two phones, and overall the two models are essentially the same in terms of features and functionality. The 9641 Desk phone has a larger display area than the 9621, and includes support for USB, and Bluetooth devices.
