Avaya IP Office Web Collaboration Agent
Collaboration Agent is an application that provides web collaboration and conferencing tools. Users with IP Office accounts and invited guests can use these tools to manage, participate, and collaborate in conferences as well as share information. Share all or some of your screen, documents, whiteboards, and applications with ease.
Participants can use the Collaboration Agent tools to boost productivity and track action items even after the conference ends. Conference moderators also can record and edit meeting minutes.
Participants join conferences by logging in to Collaboration Agent and dialing in to the audio bridge assigned to the conference. To invite participants to a web collaboration session, Avaya Conference moderators will include a URL link with their invites.
As a moderator, you have access to the Collaboration agent from One X Portal.
