CISCO 8800 Series IP Phones
This training program covers the 8800 Series Models for the Cisco IP Phone 8811, 8841, 8851, and 8861. The 8811 model has a monochrome or gray scale phone screen. The 8841 includes a full color five inch display screen. The 8851 builds upon the 8841 with the inclusion of Bluetooth, a 2.5 Watt USB port, and support for up to 2 Key Expansion Modules. The 8861 further builds on the 8851 with the addition of Wi-Fi capability, 10 Watt Fast Charging USB port in the back, audio in/out ports, and support for up to 3 Key Expansion Modules.
For the purposes of this training program we will focus on the 8851 desk phone.
