Microsoft Office 365 for Office 2016

Previously, if you wanted to use Microsoft Office, you had to purchase the desktop program.  Now Office is available 3 different ways. Office Online is the free online version that doesn’t include every element, but offers most of the basic editing features. Office 2016 is the classic desktop suite. And, Office 365 is a subscription-based version. 365 includes the Office suite, and allows you to install office 2016 on up to 5 computers. Office is now cloud integrated, and will allow others to edit documents simultaneously. And it’s easy to insert videos from YouTube, or any video embed code, into PowerPoint or Word documents.
